In this week's Alumni Spotlight, we catch up with alumna Caylee Meier.
What are you doing now?
I am an event coordinator for the city of Mankato.
How did APS prepare you for this role?
I was lucky to be so involved with multiple extracurricular activities in high school such as band, choir, softball and the cheer squad. Being involved taught me to be flexible and appreciate being involved in my community. This ultimately lead me wanting to plan events and experiences as my career.
What is your advice for current Packers?
Push yourself and work hard! You have the world at your fingertips and deserve to give yourself the best life possible.
Who at APS inspired you?
Mrs. Pline. She inspired me to follow my dreams. Always works to give her students the tools to be successful and pushes them every inch of the way.
What was your favorite meal in the cafeteria?
Got to go with Chicken Nugget Day!
